Manufacturing Position Summary

Cleans and prepares injection molds for production as well as minor repairs as required.

• Follow procedures to dis-assemble.
• Clean and re-assemble injection molds.
• Handle Injection molds safely.
• Move molds to and from locations.
• Preform minor repairs based on ability.

• Use of measurement tools (micrometers, calipers etc.).
• Working knowledge of injection molds.
• Surface Grinding to within 0.0005.
• Fork Lift experience.

• High school Diploma preferred.
• 1+ years Machine Shop experience or relative class work.

• Must be able to tolerate standing for extended periods.
• Pushing, pulling and lifting of approx. 50 lbs. at times.
• Climbing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, kneeling.
• High noise levels from operating machines.
• Physical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts.
• Breathing fumes, dust and mist.
• Skin exposure to oils and cutting fluid.
