LPN/LVN Nurse Supervisor

• Manages day‑to‑day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents’ needs are met.
• Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and that quality care is delivered as needs change.
• Ensures consistent quality resident care and service delivery throughout all shifts; may assume the role of caregiver or Med Tech/Aide to meet staffing needs.
• Assists in supervision of community‑based licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and caregivers; provides ongoing training and education, including classroom in‑services and situation‑specific training; manages associates’ schedules.
• Oversees medication training, pharmacy management, medication supervision and/or administration; conducts periodic medication skills inventory checks and medication audits per Brookdale Guidelines.
• Participates in on‑call duties as required.

• LPN or LVN license (RN preferred); education to obtain state nursing license.
• Minimum of 1–2 years relevant experience.
• Experience with assisted living and memory care communities preferred.
