Sales Counselor

This full‑time Sales Counselor at Everstory Partners sells pre‑need and at‑need funeral services, cemetery services, property, and merchandise. The role involves assisting families with funeral selections, attending services, and generating leads through walk‑ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting.

• Sell pre‑need and at‑need funeral services and inventory.
• Handle cemetery services, property, and merchandise sales.
• Assist families with funeral selections and attend services.

• Estimated first‑year earnings: $45,000 – $65,000.
• Uncapped commission and earnings.
• Training pay of $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) required.
• Experience with a CRM (lead management system preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to work holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.

The pay range for this role is based on a wide range of factors including skill set, experience, training, licensure, certification, and business needs. The range estimation has been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

Targeted First Year Earnings: $45,000 – $65,000.
