High Net Worth (HNW) Producer

Seeking experienced and driven High Net Worth (HNW) Producers to join a growing Private Client Division. This is an exciting opportunity to work with true HNW clients, including those with family office backgrounds, and to contribute to the expansion of a specialized and thriving department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling and closing HNW business, with a deep understanding of private client needs.

• Prospect, sell, and close HNW business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNW clients, including those with family office backgrounds.
• Collaborate with a dedicated service staff to ensure seamless client support.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth of the Private Client Division.
• Attend occasional in-person meetings or events as required.

• Licenses/Designations
  : CPRIA and P&C licenses required.
• Experience
  :
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HNW sales, with a preference for candidates with 5+ years of experience.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow a book of business with account sizes averaging $1,000-$10,000 in revenue.
• Soft Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when working with HNW clients.
