Route Service Representative

AVI Food systems is looking for an energetic customer focused Route Service Representative to join our growing team This is a full time position responsible for servicing an assigned route by delivering products merchandising accounts and providing exceptional customer service The schedule is Monday through Friday If you enjoy driving working independently building lasting relationships with customers and taking ownership of your route this could be the perfect opportunity for you No CDL is required we provide training Founded in 1960 AVI Food systems has grown into one of the nations most respected and trusted food service companies Our commitment to quality service and value has earned us an outstanding reputation and were looking for great people to help us continue that tradition

• Safely operate a company vehicle to service an assigned route No CDL required
• Load transport and deliver food beverages and merchandise to customer locations
• Stock vending machines micro markets and coolers to ensure an attractive fully stocked presentation
• Build strong relationships by providing exceptional customer service
• Monitor inventory and place product orders as needed
• Rotate products and remove stale or unsold merchandise
• Collect cash and reconcile machine deposits when required
• Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance on vending equipment
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of your company vehicle
• Identify opportunities to improve product selection and increase sales within your assigned accounts

• Must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle
• Valid drivers license with a good driving record
• No CDL required
• Ability to pass a DOT physical
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Self motivated and able to work independently
• Sales minded attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Reliable and dependable
