Marksman Security Dispatcher – Part Time

$20.00 per hour

This is a Part Time role.

Security Operations Center Experience is required.

Job Location:

Toyota Battery Manufacturing Plant – Liberty, NC

Dispatcher responsibility includes monitoring security systems, dispatching response personnel, and coordinating emergency communications 24/7/365.

• Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner
• Manage guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespassers or violators from premises when deemed necessary
• Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles
• Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor’s arrival
• Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
• Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks
• Warn violators of infractions such as loitering, smoking, or possession of prohibited items
• Respond to calls of distress, alarms, or emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders
• Identify and report any and all concerns in a timely manner
• Ensure all rules and regulations are being enforced and followed
• Other duties as assigned by management

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• High school degree or equivalent
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid state security license
• Previous dispatch experience required
• Minimum of one year of security experience
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as crawling, crouching, climbing stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time
