Deliver World-Class Customer Experiences

• Deliver quality service by executing the Strickland Brothers Experience in each role (Greeter, Hood, Pit)
• Greet customers and safely guide vehicles into the service bay
• Communicate clearly with customers throughout service and review completed work
• Provide recommendations on maintenance services and support service presentations
• Use company systems to process fleet services and support smooth daily shop operations

• Perform oil changes and other services following procedures
• Execute technician duties across Greeter, Hood, and Pit roles as trained
• Complete safety checks and verify service accuracy with team members
• Follow callouts and communication to ensure safe and efficient service flow

• Follow all safety procedures and use proper tools and equipment
• Help identify vehicle concerns and communicate to team
• Work together to maintain a safe, efficient shop
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Complete opening and closing duties
• Hold road signs and perform other tasks as needed
• Support workflow by assisting in different roles based on needs
• Complete all other duties as assigned

• Participate in hands‑on training and complete required certifications
• Continuously develop skills across all service positions
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and grow

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license (NC & TX)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills or ability to quickly learn company systems

• Ability to stand, bend, squat, reach for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in automotive service environment
• Comfortable working in non‑climate‑controlled environments
• Ability to work in confined spaces when necessary
