Parts Warehouse​/Counter Associate

• Process internal (inter‑company) parts transfer requests
• Stock parts in assigned locations in a timely manner
• Verify receiving and receipting‑in of parts shipments and machine down orders
• Cross‑train to the front counter to assist customers during peak season and around staffing as needed
• Monitor shortages and expedite processing through reporting to the warehouse supervisor
• Conduct daily cycle bin counts and maintain assigned warehouse area to stay neat, clean, and organized

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, good communication and excellent attendance
• Attention to detail with basic math skills and recent computer use; experience with RF scanner a plus; computer knowledge and ability to cross‑train to the front parts counter to assist customers by phone, walk‑in and internet as needed
• No fear of the forklift with the ability to become forklift certified and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
