Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform routine administrative tasks to support office operations and maintain efficiency.
- Act as a backup for other office staff and assist with material-related tasks when needed.
- Ensure proficiency in the office computer system and provide guidance to others as required.
- Coordinate the procurement and organization of office supplies to maintain a well-equipped workspace.
- Utilize software tools such as Excel and Plex to streamline workflows and maintain accurate records.
- Support the team with general office management responsibilities to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with the controller and other departments to address any immediate operational needs.
- Adapt to a flexible work schedule of 3-5 days per week based on organizational requirements.
- Maintain an organized and efficient environment in a manufacturing facility. Requirements - Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with software tools like Plex.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle diverse responsibilities effectively.
- Ability to manage accounts receivable and payable processes independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various team members.
- Detail-oriented approach for maintaining accurate records and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Capacity to adapt to a flexible schedule and handle changing priorities as needed.
