Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Medical Front Desk Coordinator to join our thriving healthcare team. This full‑time position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, patient‑centered environment where you will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Responsibilities
  • Greeting patients upon arrival and ensuring a warm, welcoming environment.
  • Performing data entry tasks to update patient records accurately and timely.
  • Managing office communication via email and direct calls, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Scheduling and confirming patient appointments, optimizing efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Handling billing procedures, processing payments, addressing patient queries regarding billing.
  • Organizing and distributing mail within the facility.
  • Utilizing O365 for various administrative tasks and communications.
  • Assisting with other administrative duties as required, such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and billing.
  • Excellent knowledge of office software, particularly O365.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
  • Patient‑centered approach, commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent. Certificate or degree in medical administration would be an asset.
