Job SummaryArk Resource Group is recruiting a professional and dependable Medical Front Desk Representative for a medical center located in Davie, FL.
This position is ideal for someone with strong communication and customer service skills who can create rapport with patients while handling scheduling, appointment coordination, medical records, patient information, and general front-office responsibilities.
The ideal candidate should be organized, attentive to detail, professional, and comfortable working in a busy medical environment.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Build rapport with patients and provide excellent front-desk service.
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments.
- Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling-related questions.
- Process and update patient information accurately.
- Organize, assign, update, and maintain medical records.
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out.
- Coordinate information between patients and medical staff.
- Process forms, documentation, and other administrative information.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Perform additional front-office duties as assigned.
- Previous front desk, customer service, administrative, or medical office experience preferred.
- Medical office or healthcare experience is a plus.
- Must speak proficient English and communicate clearly with patients.
- Conversational Spanish is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and communicate professionally with patients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and electronic medical records.
- Ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.
