* What You Will Do:

**- Manage monthly financial closing and reporting responsibilities, in addition to long range and annual planning requirements.

- Onboarding of initial manpower (Salary & Hourly) and capital expenditures to manage ROI, IRR and NPV within RTX Board of Director approved threshold.

- Establish HFM & SAP cost infrastructure to support bill of material (BOM) costing and labor and overhead absorption modeling.

- Partnering directly with MIKRO, Operations, Engineering and Enabling functions to drive execution and efficiencies in the Casting value stream.

- Full integration with Hot Section Global Supply chain to coordinate raw material requirements to support initial ACF production, and ultimate LTA requirements with incumbent Casting suppliers upon full rate volumes.
** What You Will Learn:**- How to manage competing priorities.

- How to transition a development process into a production environment.
** Qualifications You Must Have:**- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 10+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance;
** OR
* * an Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance and 7+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.

- Strong MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.

- SAP and HFM competency

** Qualifications We Prefer:**- Strong Internal controls background.

- Background in Manufacturing Cost Accounting.
