- Manage and oversee all aspects of geotechnical construction projects from initial planning to completion.
- Operate drilling rigs and set up drills for construction projects, ensuring safety and efficiency at all times.
- Utilize knowledge of casing, down hole hammer, and hollow bar in project execution.
- Prepare detailed schematics and project schedules, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project progress.
- Monitor project progress continuously, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions promptly.
- Oversee the construction process, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard and complies with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage relationships with subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with the project objectives and standards.
- Use mechanical skills to troubleshoot and solve problems as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to project management.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a specific focus on geotechnical construction.
- Proven experience in project management with a track record of successful project completion.
- Strong mechanical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
- Experience in operating drilling rigs and setting up drills.
- Familiarity with casing, down hole hammer, and hollow bar.
- Experience in construction management, site management, and subcontractor management.
- Strong knowledge of the prefabricated metal building industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Ability to prepare detailed schematics and project schedules.
- Proven ability to monitor projects and implement solutions to potential issues promptly.
- Preferred: A degree in a relevant field such as Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
