Construction Manager / Reconstruction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Reconstruction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial rebuild projects from planning through completion. This is a high-impact leadership role for a hands-on construction professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes ownership of results.
Key Responsibilities- Manage construction and reconstruction projects from pre-construction through final closeout
- Oversee daily jobsite operations, crews, subcontractors, and vendors
- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets
- Control costs, approve change orders, and track project profitability
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards, building codes, and quality standards
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, inspectors, and internal teams
- Lead jobsite meetings, inspections, and progress reporting
- Proactively resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor for restoration and rebuild projects
- 5+ years of experience in construction management, reconstruction, or project supervision
- Experience in insurance restoration, disaster recovery, or commercial/residential construction
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Ability to read blueprints, scopes of work, and construction specifications
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices
- Experience managing multiple trades and fast-moving timelines
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field a plus
- OSHA 30, PMP, or CCM certification a plus

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
