Project Controls Manager

We're looking for an experienced Project Controls Manager to support the successful delivery of large-scale data center construction projects. This role is responsible for leading project controls activities including cost management, forecasting, scheduling, change management, reporting, and earned value analysis, while working closely with project teams, clients, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Controls function across assigned projects.
• Manage cost control, forecasting, scheduling, reporting, and change management.
• Develop and maintain Project Controls plans and ensure compliance.
• Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide regular reports to clients and senior leadership.
• Lead Project Controls meetings and mentor team members.
• Analyse project data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in Project Controls within the construction industry.
• Full build Primavera P6 experience.
• Knowledge of cost control, scheduling, forecasting, earned value management, and AIA billing.
• Excellent communication, organisational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Data center or mission critical project experience.
• PMP or PMI-SP certification.
• Power BI or data visualisation experience.
