Full-Time
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of commercial construction projects from
preconstruction through completion. This role manages project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, quality,
and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Projects
include healthcare, K-12, and higher education facilities.
SCHEDULE- Full-Time
- On-Site
- Travel to project sites as required
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects from planning through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and project documentation.
- Participate in preconstruction activities for Construction Management and Design-Build projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain project progress.
- Monitor project quality, costs, and timelines.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Lead project meetings with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and field issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project partners.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
- Experience with healthcare, K-12, or higher education construction projects preferred.
- Knowledge of Construction Management-at-Risk (CMaR) project delivery is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schedules, specifications, and contracts.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
