Our Client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, quality, subcontractors, and client relationships.
Experience with Construction Management-at-Risk (CMAR) and Design-Build delivery methods is highly preferred.

Compensation$110,000 - $140,000 per year
Key Responsibilities- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project completion.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, quality control, costs, and overall performance.
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Participate in preconstruction planning and project development activities.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, consultants, and field teams.
- Lead project meetings with clients, stakeholders, and internal project teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, contractors, architects, engineers, and other project partners.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
- Track project costs, change orders, schedules, and budget performance.
- Prepare project reports, updates, schedules, and other required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance throughout the construction lifecycle
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and project coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and project stakeholders
- $110,000 - $140,000 annual salary, based on experience and qualifications.
