Construction Superintendent

I'm currently partnering with a well-established commercial general contractor in the Asheville, NC area to recruit an experienced Construction Superintendent. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected builder with a strong pipeline of various commercial projects.

Relocation package will be offered for the right candidate

• Lead day-to-day field operations across multiple active construction projects.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance with plans and specifications.
• Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, punch lists, and closeout activities.
• Collaborate with ownership, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout the construction process.
• Conduct regular site meetings and maintain clear communication with all project team members.
• Identify and proactively resolve construction challenges to keep projects on schedule and within budget

• 3–5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial General Contractor
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and project delivery
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor relationship
