Our client is a mid-sized general contractor ($200-300M in annual revenue, roughly 30 years in business) expanding into the Triangle market. They're looking for a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use projects as they build out their North Carolina presence.
What you'll be doing- Running day-to-day field operations across multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use projects
- Managing subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics from mobilization through closeout
- Coordinating with project managers and the design team on constructability, RFIs, and submittals
- Setting and enforcing site safety standards and quality control
- Leading OAC meetings and keeping stakeholders updated on progress and risks
- Helping establish field processes and standards as the company grows its Triangle team
- Mentoring assistant superintendents and field staff as headcount grows
