Department Detail – The Guest Services Department maintains the standard of Servant Hospitality of The Billy Graham Training Center at the Cove (BGTC). Guest Services manages facility usage and service coordination to support all events. Our commitment is to ensure guests experience Servant Hospitality during their time at The Cove.
Job Summary – The Facility Support (Part-Time) performs facility management functions supporting the operations of the Guest Services Department.
Ministry Requirements- Maintains a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ
- Faithfully upholds BGEA in prayer
- Participates in daily BGEA staff devotions including Bible reading, and leading group prayer as schedule permits
- Demonstrates behavior aligned with BGEA’s Mission Statement, Statement of Faith, Hallmarks, policies, and expectations
- Effectively represents Jesus Christ to those within both personal and professional spheres of influence
- Assists with managing maintenance and aesthetics appearance of the Training Center
- Maintains inventory of supplies at the Training Center
- Maintains order and usage of all storage spaces
- Maintains inventory of seminar and give-away books
- Assists with timely, proper setup of meeting rooms for events at the Training Center
- Assists with shipping/receiving and package/mail distribution to departments
- Assists guests as needed
- Transports guests on property as needed
- Other duties as assigned by the Guest Services Supervisor (Hospitality)
- Available to work in other departments, as needed
- Ability to work with basic tools
- Skills in basic maintenance

- Ability to work on ladders or scaffolding
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to work under pressure
- Extended daily, evening and weekend hours may be required
- Work is typically performed in training Center and Conventional Office Environment
