Spherion is hiring Customer Service Representatives immediately in Asheville, NC. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a customer service position. These positions are fast-paced and require high levels of computer and phone use, often using multiple computer screens.

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday

• Take incoming calls and provide answers to frequently asked questions
• Assist customers in a timely manner
• Schedule appointments
• Scan and fax documents
• Data entry duties as required
• Coordinate the preparation, editing and distribution of correspondence, reports and documents

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Able to work on a team and independently
• Detail oriented and able to work quickly

No Degree Required

0-1 years

• Proficient on computers
• Previous experience with multi-line phone system
• Able to type 60+ WPM
• Able to scan, fax and manage sensitive documents

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
