Blue Jay Dental is thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a general dentist to join our client's practice in Asheville, North Carolina. If you're experienced in molar endodontics or eager to learn, this could be the ideal position for you!

• Schedule: 4-day work week (3-5 days per week)
• Compensation: Competitive % of Net Production
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

• Use advanced clinical and radiological techniques to diagnose patients' dental needs.
• Provide comprehensive care, including routine exams, restorations, extractions, crowns, cleanings, and fluoride treatments.
• Comfortable with bread and butter restorative dentistry, crown and bridge work, and simple extractions.
• Refer patients to specialists when necessary.
• Supervise dental hygienists and dental assistants to ensure quality care.
• Oversee administrative functions within the office.

• Education: DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
• Licensing: Must hold a valid North Carolina dental license and DEA registration
• Experience: Residency completed; comfortable with bread and butter restorative work, crown and bridge, and simple extractions
• Focus: A commitment to clinical excellence and providing top-tier patient care
