About the Opportunity

Asheville Dental Associates is seeking a Part-Time Endodontist to help us expand in-house specialty services, improve continuity of care for our patients, and support the long-term growth of our organization. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape an endodontic program within an established, high‑performing general practice, with strong internal referral flow and long‑term potential for expansion.

Part‑Time (2 days/week):

• Thursdays: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Lunch 1:00 – 2:00 PM)
• Fridays: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (No lunch)

• Perform endodontic consultations and root canal therapy for internal referrals
• Collaborate closely with general dentists to ensure continuity of care
• Help design and implement efficient endodontic workflows and scheduling protocols
• Provide input on equipment, supplies, and operatory setup (including microscope selection)
• Contribute to building a scalable specialty program with long‑term growth potential

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an Endodontic Residency Program
• Experienced Endodontists preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high‑quality, patient‑centered care
• Interest in contributing to practice growth and program development

• Dedicated dental assistant assigned to support endodontic procedures
• Existing operatories with available chair time on designated days
• Established internal referral base from a strong general practice
