Physician Opportunity in Urology

Mission Urology, a well-established practice servicing all of Western NC, is seeking a physician to join their group on Mission Health's flagship campus in Asheville as well as additional regional facilities/clinics.

Qualified candidates:

• Board certified or board eligible in urology via the American Board of Urology
• Practicing physicians preferred; new graduates completing fellowship training evaluated on a case-by-case basis
• Robotics training preferred

Position highlights:

• State-of-the-art care for patients, including robotic surgery
• Urologic cancer care, kidney-stone treatment, female incontinence, and pelvic surgery
• Clinic hours
  - Monday – Friday; 8am – 5pm
• Hospital work includes rounding on inpatients and consults
• Clinic responsibilities include seeing new and follow-up patients as well as triaging calls
• Fully staffed
  - Call shared among 6 - 3 Physicians / 3 APPs
