Overview
Navigator, Workforce Pathway (Grant funded through 6/30/26). This position supports and refines existing workforce pathways, coordinating services, aligning program components, and ensuring participant progression. Focus areas include construction and electrical trades and collaboration with faculty and staff on curriculum development and alignment. The role tracks student participation and outcomes to support program effectiveness and continuous improvement.

A-B Tech is located in Western North Carolina and provides two-year college opportunities to the region. The college serves Buncombe and Madison Counties with approximately 14,000 continuing education students and 1,100 faculty and staff. It offers programs that culminate in 30 diplomas and 122 certificates and is committed to student and community success.
