Motorcycle Safety Ridercoach/Instructor (Continuous Posting)
Position Summary:
Instruct the three-day (Fri‑Sun) 20‑Hour Basic Rider Education Course as mandated by the NC Motorcycle Safety Education Program.
- Deliver classroom instruction preparing students for the DMV written test.
- Teach the riding skills portion of the motorcycle safety course.
- Conduct the course’s physically demanding activities, including long standing, walking, setting up cones, and operating motorcycles.
- Preferred:
Previous Ridercoach experience in a community college setting. - Ability to meet the physical demands of the role.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Variable schedule, typically Friday–Sunday.
- Approx. 20 hours per week when needed.
- Salary: $29.00 per contact hour.
- Upload an unofficial transcript listing courses taken for the related degree(s).
- Provide official sealed transcripts or, if earned outside the U.S., an evaluated transcript from a recognized NACES organization at least two business weeks before the first day of work.
- Complete the online application portal.
- Continuous recruitment; postings open for up to 12 months.
- Position open until filled.
- Review date: submit by 8:00 a.m. EST on the specified date.
Salary Range: $29.00 per contact hour.
