We are seeking an energetic, culturally minded, and deeply passionate Lead ECE Language Immersion Teacher to join our founding early childhood education faculty. In this role, you are the educational anchor of your classroom, serving children exclusively in the 12‑month to Pre‑K age bracket. You will deliver high‑quality early childhood education entirely in Spanish, creating a vibrant, high‑trust learning environment where young children feel safe, celebrated, and deeply known.

As a professional early childhood educator, you will lead classroom operations, build meaningful developmental partnerships with families, and mentor your Assistant Teacher to ensure a flawless immersion experience.

• Family Educational Partnership:
  Maintain warm, professional, and consistent communication with families regarding their child's early childhood education milestones and language progress.

• Language Fluency:
  Native or native‑equivalent fluency in Spanish is strictly required. Strong conversational English skills are necessary for effective communication with leadership and English‑speaking families.
