Associate degree.

Two years of full-time or equivalent work experience in an administrative, office, or customer service setting.

Preferred Qualifications

One year of full-time or equivalent work experience with educational programming or industry training.

One year of full-time or equivalent database maintenance experience.

Proficiency in a foreign language such as Spanish, an East Slavic language, and/or American Sign Language.

Position Description

This position provides high‑level logistical and operational support for Skilled Trades as well as Computer training programs. The role collaborates with Coordinator(s) and instructors to develop and maintain course offerings, course outlines, inventories, and program assessments. The position orients, advises, and informs students and community members on course options, registration processes, and admissions requirements. The employee also resolves class and instructor needs, including issues related to documentation, scheduling, and student support.
