• Lead and manage water and wastewater projects ensuring technical excellence and creativity

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Licensed Professional Engineer
• 7+ years of engineering/industry experience with demonstrated team management experience
• Experience managing utility projects, specifically in the public sector
• Strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills

• Proven track record of fostering existing client relationships
• Self-motivated and team-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to execute multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of accounting principles related to budgeting and forecasting
