• Support project delivery, including contracts, budgets, forecasting, and schedules
• Collaborate with municipalities, clients, and internal teams to solve complex engineering challenges
• Manage independent design tasks and mentor junior staff

• Conduct job site visits and contribute to project-related activities

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field
• Licensed Professional Engineer
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in engineering with a focus on project‑related tasks
• Proven ability in design, task management, and mentoring
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or related technical software, as well as Microsoft Office

• Experience in water and wastewater engineering projects
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Energetic, flexible, confident, and forward‑thinking approach
