- The primary responsibility of this role is leading planning and problem-solving efforts in pre-production trial activity.
- Utilizing and improving systems & procedures for efficient and effective issue identification, root cause analysis, issue resolution, and reoccurrence prevention / kaizen to subsequent activity and projects.
- This role will also contribute to the success of developing organization’s capabilities through advancement & application of Ryohin Joken knowledge and skill.
- Experience in manufacturing production preparation role and schedule/deliverable management including stages of project plan, process/equipment plan, specification & procurement, installation and trial. (2 years Required, 4 years Preferred)
- Experience in battery cell product, processes/equipment, and/or trial activity. (1+ years Required, 2+ years Preferred)
- Experience in activity of Ryohin Joken identification, application, and/or confirmation.
