A well-established, multidisciplinary engineering firm is looking for Electrical Engineers to join their MEP team in their Asheville, NC office
They deliver projects nationwide across healthcare, education, commercial, life science & industrial. Typically fast-paced, design-led work with real ownership from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing- Design electrical systems (power, lighting, life safety)
- Work across new build + renovation projects
- Support projects from concept through construction
- Collaborate with in-house architecture and engineering teams
- Contribute to coordinated, buildable designs
- 3–10 years’ experience in MEP / building services
- Experience in commercial and/or residential projects
- Revit / AutoCAD experience
- PE or on track is a plus
- True flexibility
- Strong national pipeline, consistent project flow
- Mix of high-volume work & varied project types
- Proper multidisciplinary setup
- Clear progression without forcing you into management too early
