The Wealth Management Analyst works directly with high net worth clients to address a variety of needs. This individual has exceptional interpersonal skills, an aptitude for financial and investment concepts, and the ability to earn the confidence of high net worth clients. The Wealth Management Analyst can expect to focus in areas including:
Servicing day-to-day client needs (money transfers, form administration, advanced spreadsheets, etc.) Gathering client data and documenting accounts, Preparation of client meeting book materials, Drafting correspondence and needs summaries, and Researching items relevant to client financial needs.

The Wealth Management Analyst position typically requires the following qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years' experience preferred, ideally in accounting or financial services industry, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral. Aptitude for financial and investment concepts Intelligent, proactive, well organized, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, keep track of open items. Desire/ability/flexibility to work successfully in a small boutique environment, which provides exposure to all of Eton’s disciplines and growth opportunities.

Excellent computer skills are a must.

Wealth Management Analyst

Job Duties:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all service-related needs of clients.
  • Responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships through service excellence.
  • Manage daily client transactions and inquiries accurately, within established deadlines, and in accordance with existing policies and procedures.
  • Research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, technical experts, and virtual partners.
  • Assist with preparation of financial reports for clients.
  • Coordinate annual insurance review and premium payments.
  • Coordinate and follow through on account inquiry, transaction and maintenance requests across all accounts and entities.
  • Account opening contracts and funding; USD and foreign currency monetary transactions; transfers; charitable gifts; corporate action responses; tax reporting inquires; bill pay; bill pay analysis.
  • Prepare client meeting presentations and follow up action item communications.
  • Create prospect preparations, pitch books, and formal presentations.
  • Assist with foundation administration.
  • Manage and update data integrity for internal database.
  • Assist with onboarding of new clients.
  • Maintain client files according to office procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing client mail. Prioritize and elevate to appropriate team member.
  • Schedule client meetings in coordination with Eton’s annual calendar.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as: answering phones; scanning, and meeting room set-up.
  • Assist with other projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and attention to detail is a must.
  • Proactive and willing to go over and beyond what is asked for.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite and video conferencing technology

  • Polished and professional demeanor (over the phone and in person)
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role or related business experience
  • Analytical & independent problem-solving skills Demonstrated teamwork qualities
  • Successful candidate must be results driven, detailed oriented and a motivated self-starter
  • Familiarity with Finance, Investment, Accounting and Legal terminology is a must
  • This is a full-time, on-site role. Remote work is not available.
