Senior Pricing Analyst - Plasma

Hybrid/Remote – East Coast Preferred

I’m partnered with a global leader in plasma based medicine development building out its commercial pricing and analytics capability, looking to add a Senior Pricing Analyst to a growing team.

This position focuses on pricing strategy, market dynamics, and data-driven decision-making. Working with our client you will support pricing initiatives, analyze competitive and market trends, and help shape pricing frameworks that drive performance and growth.

• Support the development and execution of advanced pricing strategies aligned with broader commercial objectives
• Analyze pricing trends, market data, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and risks
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across pricing frameworks and governance
• Monitor pricing performance metrics and create reporting dashboards to support decision-making
• Lead analytical initiatives related to pricing, promotions, and commercial performance
• Contribute to ad hoc analytical projects as business needs evolve

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or another quantitative field
• Advanced degree a plus

• 4+ years of experience in pricing, business analytics, financial analysis, or commercial analytics roles
• Background in one or more of the following:
  Python, PySpark, R

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Advanced Excel and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or similar)
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar analytical languages highly desirable
• Strong communication skills with ability to present insights to stakeholders
• Comfortable working in cross-functional, collaborative environments
