Finance Manager

Auto Star Chevrolet of Waynesville is looking for an experienced Automotive Finance Manager with a proven track record.

• The Automotive F&I (Finance & Insurance) Manager is responsible for generating additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance products to new and used-car customers and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Greeting clients to effectively save time in the transition from Sales to Finance.
• Determining the client’s financing needs based on a professional interview process.
• Presenting a transparent menu to clients with their financing options and products to enhance their vehicle ownership experience and protect their investment.
• Educating clients on the value of these options and products and assisting them in making the best decision.
• Processing finance transactions, including lender approval and timely funding.
• Ensuring that all administrative processes are handled in a timely manner and in compliance with company policy.
• Ensuring 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.
• Ensuring the client's satisfaction on every transaction and addressing it immediately if needed.

• Achieving the targeted Sales and Finance departments’ goals. Finance manager performance is measured by achieving the Targeted Client Satisfaction Index and the Targeted Sales and Finance goals.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

• Experience as a Finance Manager (1 year of experience), in the Automotive Industry
• Proven ability to provide an Exceptional Client experience.
