Supervisor, School Based Therapist team: Erwin District Schools

** SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
** in daily tasks Supports SBT staff with training and knowledge of personal and community resources

Ability to perform all functions of a school based therapist including individual, family and group therapy as well as coordination of care with school staff, families, and other stakeholders in the community. This role description is a general description of the essential job functions.  It is not intended to describe all the duties the SBT Team Supervisor may perform.
** KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
** Knowledge of and experience in providing school based behavioral health services

Ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize based on level of clinical urgency Effective written and verbal communication skills  Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple demands Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills including attention to detail, planning, time management and organizational skills.

EXPERIENCE:

** Master degree in mental health, social work or related field with a minimum of 2 years’ experience. The ideal candidate would also have at least 1 yr of experience in supervision.
