Senior Superintendent

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead large-scale, technically complex healthcare construction projects across the Southeast. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing hospital expansions, surgical centers, specialty clinics and medical office buildings often within active, occupied healthcare environments.

As Senior Superintendent, you will:

• Provide executive-level field leadership across major healthcare builds
• Manage site operations in live hospital environments (ICRA & ILSM compliance essential)
• Drive master scheduling, phasing plans, shutdown coordination & critical path execution
• Lead MEP-intensive coordination and subcontractor sequencing

• 15+ years of construction experience, with significant healthcare project exposure
• Strong understanding of infection control, life safety compliance & regulatory standards
• Experience leading multiple field teams
• LEAN construction experience (preferred)
• Willingness to travel regionally as required
