Supports operations team with discovery and training as necessary with Adapt Health processes;
Provide support during process improvement initiatives driving workflow, verification, and data analysis;

Navigate EMR systems to obtain documentation and enter/review all pertinent information in EMR including authorizations and expiration dates;
Analyze data and reports to identify execution errors, troubleshoot, and advise staff on corrections
