Job Description:
Registered Nurse position in the Home Health unit, responsible for patient care in Transylvania County/Brevard, NC, with patient ratios averaging 5-6 per day. Home health and hospice experience required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to home health patients in accordance with physician orders.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation using the HCHB system.
- Participate in patient care planning and multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Home health nursing experience.
