Unit staffing description-RNs, support from CNC, secretary, Manager, etc. shared with CVORType of , Fuji u/sDocumentation   On Call  late 1-2/week Floating  scope of practice and experience

Patient Experience  Care experience a must,Pre Op experience a plus Hospital  profile

Requested Skill , excellent documentation, ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-acuity patient area, excellent communication skills with interdepartmental team

Must  critical thinking skills

Advanced skills  performed on  IV starts, chin to toe hair removal, medication administration, skin assessment, assist with Arterial line, Central line, and Epidural placement. Transport patient to OR; assist with induction/intubation, positioning, and skin prep Certifications  Code:(Required uniform) provided
