Job Description:
Position is for services provided in Macon County, North Carolina. The role involves home health physical therapy, with comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and care planning for a mainly geriatric patient population, including post-acute treatment of THA/TKA patients and those with chronic illnesses and multiple comorbidities.
Responsibilities:
Comprehensive assessments/evaluations and treatment and care planning
Oversight of PTAs
Requirements:
BLS/CPR certification
Current NC license to practice Physical Therapy
Experience in completing OASIS Assessments
Home Health experience
Requirements
Required for Onboarding BLS
Core Mandatory Part III
