This assignment offers a weekly blended rate of $2,950, based on four 10‑hour day shifts. This role is ideal for an experienced CVOR nurse who excels in circulating and/or scrubbing for cardiovascular and thoracic surgical procedures within a high‑acuity perioperative environment.

• Provide expert perioperative nursing care during CABG, valve, thoracic, aortic, and vascular surgeries
• Circulate and/or scrub cases while maintaining strict sterile technique
• Prepare instruments, equipment, and OR environment for cardiovascular procedures
• Anticipate surgeon, anesthesia, and perfusion needs
• Monitor patient safety, positioning, and hemodynamic stability
• Perform accurate counts and complete detailed documentation
• Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia, perfusionists, and ICU recovery teams

• Active NC RN license or compact eligibility
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR or high‑acuity OR experience
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical instrumentation and workflow
