Travel RN - Telemetry - Progressive Care Unit

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit (CVPC) night shift position in Asheville, NC, requiring a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience and an active NC or compact RN license.

Job Details

• Work in a Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit (CVPC) within a hospital setting,

• Night shift schedule: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM,

• 13-week contract,

Job Requirements

• Active NC or compact RN license required,

• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in a cardiovascular progressive care or telemetry setting,

• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted); certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start,

• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required for PCU/Tele RNs,

• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration - no Canadian SSNs accepted,

• One professional reference required,

• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months,

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility - local candidates are not eligible,

• This is a travel position; candidates within the 50-mile radius do not qualify,
