• Shift: 12 Hour Days (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,800 – $1,890

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (North Carolina or compact state eligibility)
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills

• Provide high-quality orthopedic nursing care to surgery patients across the perioperative continuum (pre-op, intra-op coordination, post-op)
• Monitor, assess, and document patient progress, pain management, mobility, and response to treatment
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, anesthesiologists, physical therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on post-operative care, mobility precautions, wound care, discharge planning, and recovery expectations
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital safety, infection control, and quality standards
