We are seeking a skilled Room Attendant join our Sparkle Squad!!! Are you ready to make a lasting impression on our guests? In this position you will help to ensure that our hotel provides a spotless and welcoming environment for every guest. With your hard work and dedication, you will play a vital role in upholding our hotel's reputation and creating a memorable guest experience.

• Keep the hotel rooms clean and tidy, using a variety of cleaning techniques such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
• Inspect all rooms thoroughly to ensure that they meet the hotel's high standards.
• Take care of equipment and report any issues to superiors immediately.
• Handle guest complaints and requests professionally and with patience.
• Monitor the levels of supplies and replace them as necessary.
• Follow strict health and safety regulations and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

• Will have experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper
• Ability to work independently with high performance standards
• Friendly and customer-focused
• Good at managing time and prioritizing tasks
• Able to work quickly without sacrificing quality
