We’re looking for a Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for a manufacturing organization with a large corporate campus in the North Charlotte area.
What you’ll do- Partner closely with Hiring Managers on assigned requisitions
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding
- Recruit for high-volume manufacturing roles and select salaried positions
- Source, screen, and assess candidates while managing active pipelines
- Coordinate interviews and support the offer process
- Ensure accurate documentation to meet compliance, SLAs, and KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multi-location teams
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience
- 1–3+ years of recruiting experience
- At least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting
- Experience partnering directly with Hiring Managers
- Manufacturing, operations, or supply chain recruiting experience preferred
- ATS and CRM experience
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Hybrid role: on-site Monday–Thursday, remote Fridays
