The Opportunity: Bunge has an exciting opportunity for a highly professional Talent Acquisition Manager to join our global team, supporting the Business Technology (BT) organization. This critical role is central to shaping Bunge's technological future by identifying, attracting, and retaining top‑tier IT talent globally.

You will be instrumental in driving innovation and operational excellence across our enterprise, leading the development and execution of comprehensive recruitment strategies for IT roles. This involves influencing a distributed team of talent acquisition professionals and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

We're looking for someone who excels as a strategic project manager, capable of leveraging data to tell a compelling story, and act as advisor on the business when necessary, in collaboration with key stakeholders. You'll navigate complex talent challenges across diverse regions, applying deep IT recruitment expertise to develop innovative solutions and support Bunge's strategic growth.

A key aspect of this role is your ability to influence without direct authority. You will proactively engage with BT team members, ensuring timely updates and escalating when necessary, while maintaining strong collaborative relationships. Your approach to sourcing must be creative and unconventional to strategically unearth top tech talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for critical and complex IT roles across Bunge's global operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategic, innovative sourcing methods and recruitment campaigns specifically tailored to attract high‑demand IT professionals globally, emphasizing creative and unconventional approaches.
  • Drive global reporting, communication, and storytelling to HR Business Partners and Business Technology leadership, utilizing both automated and manual techniques to track progress.
  • Guide and mentor a network of talent acquisition specialists through influence, providing expert advice, best practices, and functional leadership without direct supervisory responsibility.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Technology leadership and HR Business Partners worldwide to understand talent needs, influencing recommended recruitment plans and talent pipeline strategies.
  • Partner with Total Rewards to align compensation conditions and propose solutions.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and market intelligence to identify trends, solve challenges, and continuously improve global IT talent acquisition processes.
  • Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience across all global IT recruitment activities, upholding Bunge's employer brand and values.
  • Stay abreast of global IT industry trends, talent landscapes, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies and anticipate future talent needs.
  • Lead and provide guidance to professionals and support staff across various regions through influence, rather than direct reporting lines.
  • Manage large projects and initiatives related to global IT talent acquisition with limited oversight.

Qualifications &

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required;
    Master's degree preferred.
  • Solid experience in global talent acquisition, specifically within Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven expertise in full‑cycle global Information Technology recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and offer management. Significant IT recruiting experience is a must.
  • In-depth knowledge of global IT labor markets, talent trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Understanding of various IT domains and technologies (e.g., cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, software development, infrastructure).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative, data‑driven sourcing strategies using advanced search techniques and platforms, with a track record of creatively finding tech profiles beyond traditional methods.
