HIGH VOLUME, FAST-PACED and urgency (supporting multiple Leaders) - Full cycle recruitment experience, sourcing candidates, phone screenings - NO onboarding

*Requirements to convert to permanent: based on performance and there must be a FTE opening.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable sourcing and conducting phone screenings, meeting new people frequently and have the ability to determine a candidate's potential. They should have excellent communication and organizational skills in order to build relationships and build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
The Sourcer/ Recruiter – is responsible for sourcing, recruiting and placing USA-domestic clinical permanent staff and external across the assigned division. The Sourcer/ Recruiter will build a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities through referrals from the sourcing team as well as through other recruitment sources they have identified. Sourcing/ recruitment of candidates is conducted in an efficient, time sensitive, productive, and cost-effective manner in coordination with the efforts of the Manager.
The Sourcer/ Recruiter will provide information to candidates concerning the position requirements, client hospital attributes, onboarding processes, credentialing and community offerings.
- Will source/ recruit for experienced RNs (Registered Nurses), New Graduates, Imaging
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Qualify and/ or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
- Minimum 2+ years of Full-Cycle Recruiting or Sourcing experience
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite - technologically savvy
- Experience working with ATS
- High-energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
- Minimum three years full cycle recruiting experience
Must have reliable transportation to attend onsite events within the local region. Sourcer/ Recruiter must reside in the local Division/ Market area - Asheville, North Carolina
