Position Overview

We are seeking a hands‑on, strategic Multi‑Site Human Resources Manager to support multiple manufacturing locations. This role will serve as a key business partner to plant leadership, driving HR initiatives that strengthen culture, improve workforce performance, and ensure compliance across all sites. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in manufacturing environments, thrives in fast‑paced operational settings, and is comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with day‑to‑day HR execution, including leading organizational change efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary HR leader for multiple manufacturing facilities, partnering closely with Plant Managers and operational leadership.
  • Lead and execute core HR functions including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations matters, investigations, corrective actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Support workforce planning initiatives including recruiting for skilled trades, production, and leadership roles.
  • Drive employee engagement efforts and retention strategies in hourly and shift‑based environments.
  • Oversee performance management processes, succession planning, and leadership development across sites.
  • Partner with leadership on compensation analysis, workforce analytics, and labor cost management.
  • Lead change management initiatives including organizational restructures, leadership transitions, system implementations, continuous improvement initiatives, and cultural transformation efforts.
  • Develop communication plans and training strategies to support successful adoption of change across multiple sites.
  • Coach leaders through change, helping them manage resistance and maintain productivity during transitions.
  • Support training initiatives focused on safety, quality, operational excellence, and supervisory development.
  • Manage and/or support HRIS systems, payroll coordination, and reporting requirements.
  • Lead or support integrations related to acquisitions, site consolidations, or operational expansions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years supporting manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multi‑site operations.
  • Proven experience leading change management initiatives in operational environments.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting hourly, non‑exempt, and shift‑based work forces.
  • Proven ability to influence leaders and build strong cross‑functional relationships.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and workforce analytics.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
  • Ability to travel between sites as needed.
