JOB OVERVIEWProvide services and support as a Language and Culture Services Support (Data Analyst for Training Outcomes) in the Education and Academia Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as the Department of Army (Army) and other military installations across the region.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES- Gather and analyze data on training effectiveness.
- Develop reports that highlight language proficiency outcomes and identify improvement areas.
- Use tools to measure training impacts.
- Previous experience in data analysis for training or education.
- Proficiency in data visualization and statistical software.
- Bachelor’s in Data Science, Statistics, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years in data analysis, especially in military or government training contexts.
- Skilled in SPSS, R, or similar data analysis tools.
- Strong ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
- Problem‑solving and critical thinking in an educational setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage learners.
- Leadership and adaptability in a diverse classroom environment.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- High attention to data accuracy.
